hmm what do you mean by that? actually inputting the structures of a normal human eye like iris and such? or is it the lash?

Yeah, a more realistic human eye. I was thinking about the shape of the eye, and indeed the details like tear ducts.
Don't overdetail it though!

If there were to be a critique, I would say the eyes need to stand out differently from her hair color. But please, this picture is AWESOME!
